Description
The Z type chain bucket elevator, takes product (usually from a Vibrating Feeder) up to a higher level. It takes product in its buckets, convey the buckets vertically up and feed into the target equipment.
The bucket elevator has the features of large conveying capacity, high lifting height and so on. This equipment is made of stainless steel and food grade plastic polypropylene (ABS) which is hygienic and safe for food. It starts and stops feeding automatically with the help of control circuit and lever sensor.

Working Principle
The hopper scoops up the material from the storage below and then lifts it to the top along the conveyor belt or chain. After passing the top wheel, it flips down. The z-type elevator pours the material into the receiving trough.
The driving belt of the z-type elevator with drive generally adopts rubber belt, which is mounted on the driving drum below or above and the reversing drum above and below.
Chain drive of the z-type hoist is generally equipped with two parallel transmission chain, or below a pair of transmission sprocket, or above a pair of steering sprocket. The z-type elevator is usually equipped with a housing to prevent dust from flying in the z-type elevator.
